In October 2013 Rafael González Estrada started a boutique Executive Search Firm with the objective to provide first class, personalized service to Firms and companies within the Mexican and Latin American Markets. conducts Talent Consulting, senior-level executive recruiting, board recruiting and corporate governance consulting for clients.

Rafael González was the Regional Market Leader, Latin America for Korn/Ferry International’s Global Financial Market and a Senior Client Partner in the Firm’s Mexico City office for seventeen and a half years. He also led the Energy and Construction practices for the Latin American Region.

With more than two decades and a half of financial services and executive search experience, Mr. González brings a wealth of knowledge to his search practice. He also was a relevant member at the Board Services Practice.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, he was managing director and owner of INFISA, a successful real estate development company based in Mexico City.

Since 1984, Mr. González worked at Citibank NA Mexico, where he enjoyed a successful seven year career progression occupying positions within different areas of the Institution. Such as trade finance, Head of cash management and information services, Vice President for corporate finance, and corporate banking in 1988.

Additionally, Mr. González held the position of operations head at PRESISA (a pre-stressed concrete design and construction company), one of the leading construction companies in its field in Mexico. He began his career with Constructora Raudales (construction of infrastructure and commercial buildings).
